As for Mary, I feel like it's time for some changes in attire for her. I try to remember that in comic continuity, it's currently late December and Marville is somewhere in the Midwest region of the United States, so it's probably kind of cold. Therefore, I can't give her the High School Party attire. So, I originally had her in this page wearing a sweater vest, but the design of it was so bad that it looked like a shorter sleeved T-shirt, so I kept that and said "whatever." Hurray for long commentaries!

AWH! A new character has appeared! I don't want to say too much right now, but Friday, I'll get into an explanation of the character. As for Mary, we'll see how she may or may not gradually develop a tolerance for Jasper later.

I still don't know why I have the title of this story as a filler. It's hardly a filler, considering the aftermath of this story leads into the next. Also, no, all surprises I have in this story are NOT over yet. The climax, and the mystery of the ghost have been solved, and we've continued to expand our GLD Comics Universe view of magic, but I'm not done yet.

HA HA! Jasper is NOT FROM HERE! Get it!? That's the name of the title of the arc! Anthony, you're a genius! Anyway, I know "Magic World" sounds a very unoriginal, but think of it from my point of view. I figure, we call our world The World, but we have different names for continents and countries and cities and oceans. When I do eventually get to a point where we get to see Magic World, that's where I'll be creative in highlighting countries and such. Right now, I'm just introducing Magic World as a whole. Speaking of, this page makes it seem like Magical figures are Gods to the universe. But, you can look at it as if the actual God's of this fictional universe entrusted the beings of Magic World to be able to control all things magical in the universe. Eh, we'll get to this full explanation eventually.

The more and more I write for Liz, the more and more I like it. I haven't really developed her character much and that's one thing I plan to do in future stories. One characteristic I've always wanted her to have, but never really had time to develop, until now, was the short attention span. I try to portray Mary as sort of a sensible, almost serious without being serious character, so it's a mystery how they both turned out to be good friends. Liz is the funnyman to Mary's straightman.

Man, we haven't seen Liz for a while. I really want to expand her character a bit more because I feel like through out the story, we haven't really seen much of Liz. She'll be a big character come later.

Alright, so my computer crashed the other day. Well, it didn't crash as much as it did get a major virus and screw everything up to a point where I'm unable to use it without wanting to throw it at a wall. So, this Sunday, I'm taking it to Apple for repairs. I don't know how long I won't have it for, but hopefully it is not long considering updating from my phone is enraging as well.

Just a small note. I'm pretty sure my computer is about to crash on me, so the comic may be postponed for a couple days while I take the computer into Apple for repairs. Though, I don't know when I will be able to take it in. I'll keep posted.

Contrary to what you may think by Eric's reaction to everything in this story, he's not mad or frustrated with Mary, nor is she with him. Eric is just a skeptic about the spiritual world.

Ah, the subtle reference of Eric kicking down doors. Nostalgia at it's finest. I also wanted to note how lazy I am with backgrounds today. I could have easily drawn a door or the outside or something in the backgrounds of panels 3 and 4, but no.

Hey! The first post of 2013. It's weird to think I've already been at this for 10 months. I don't want to talk about that right now, though. We'll wait until March. Here's to new adventures, great stories, and brighter character development.
