Yeah, I got nothing for this commentary. I've been struggling recently with writing fitting commentary. The reason for this is because I really don't want to spoil the story. I have a knack for inadvertently letting plot points to things slip out. I've done it with my past stories, but i have something planned for this one that I really don't want getting out. So far, I've done a successful job.

And here comes the exposition. I'm sorry that I've been so lazy in the commentary recently, it's just that I really don't have anything to add without spoiling what's going to happen in the story. I could talk about art direction, what inspired me to make camera angles that are in here, but no, that's boring. I'd much rather talk about something meaningful that has to do with my mindset or something, but I got nothing right now.

I've noticed that this seems to be a reoccurring thing where Kevin practices his kicking techniques on Eric. In the beginning of Clone Arc, it's not shown what Kevin does to Eric, but Eric is dazed from it. I'd like to imagine it was a variation of what we've seen in this panel, but probably not as cool.

Oh how we missed you, Sensei Todd. Although you were only in 2 panels of 1 page all the way back in Clone Arc, you have made an impact on our hearts. And thus, we begin a new story, a story that will be filled with laughter, action, excitement, and heartbreak.

This page ends the short Part 1: At the Dojo. Don't worry though, other parts will be way longer than this. Eric takes a lot of personality (and look) traits from me. Eric is a procrastinator as am I. Not to change the subject, but I can't help but notice my perfectly drawn tacos. If I were to add detail, those tacos would look practically real.

Let's refer back to Kevin's section of Characters/Story Details. Robin is another character that I'm excited to write more for. In my earlier comics that aren't on the web, she and Kevin have a great dynamic, but due to circumstance, she is n longer in his life. Sadly, she is not in Clone Arc, but she is in upcoming stories and I'm really happy with what I have written for her character.
